Here are a few awards and recognitions that were awarded last week in Denver for major achievement in 2007 for the State of Colorado by a RE/MAX 4000 agent, Ray Rickard.

Ray Rickard was recognized as # 1 in the State of Colorado for Commercial Real Estate based on dollar volume, and ranked 7th for overall real estate sales by dollar volume including both Residential and Commercial, Ray also ranked 48th among the nation for RE/MAX 115,000 agents for Commercial Real Estate Sales transactions.

Ray Rickard has also qualified for the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award for 2007, for the third year in a row, which honors successful agents who are among the top one percent of the nearly 115,000 RE/MAX Associates for sales volume.
